Yoni steaming has been a part of my personal practice for over 6 years.  It prepared me to receive pelvic care and was the first practitioner training I did when I decided to begin serving women & the womb. I remember doing my classes from the desk at my corporate job! 

Since then, I've been immersed in the feminine temple arts, ceremonial training, plant attunement, dieta, & plant taught shamanism AND dissected bodies to research female fascia & physiology with top experts in the world. This completely transformed my approach to yoni steaming & pelvic care.
